DUAL FUNCTIONALITY- Whether you need a cooling relief or heating relief your Boo Boo buddy is there to help. For Cooling Therapy: Place pack in the freezer for at least one hour. When frozen remove pack from freezer. Caution! Place pack in animal sleeve before use.For Heat Therapy: Place pack in Microwave for 5-10 seconds. Caution! Ensure that the pack is not too hot.
