To use Agar Agar strips, soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes before use. Add the soaked strips to your recipe, along with the required amount of liquid, and heat until the strips dissolve completely. The recommended ratio of Agar Agar to liquid is typically 1:4 or 1:5. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool before adding to your dish. For a firmer set, you can add more Agar Agar, but keep in mind that over-thickening can occur. To troubleshoot lumps, ensure the strips are fully dissolved before adding to your recipe.
