"Genmai" means brown rice. This specialty consists of Bancha tea with about 50% roasted or puffed rice. The incomparable taste is characterized by the smoothness of Bancha tea and a pleasant, slightly sweet, nutty and caramel note. Due to the low caffeine content and the fine mildness, this tea is suitable for all-day enjoyment. Here, too, green tea newbies can gain their first experience, not least when they switch from the flavored area.

Directions

Use 4-5 heaped teaspoons for 1 liter of water, heat water to approximately 75 - 80 C, and steep for 1-3 minutes.
