HOW TO MAKE AND USE SENNA TEA

Mix 3 tbsp in 1 litre water in a saucepan, cover with lid and boil for 10 minutes. It will be enough for 3 cups
Filter/sieve and mix Sharbat-e-Bazoori according to the taste and drink.
We recommend 1 cup per adult in normal cases or 2 cups in cases of pneumonia, chest infection, flu or influenza diagnosis.
Senna is a natural laxative so it is common for diarrhoea symptoms to occur after 5-6 hours after consuming 1 cup of senna tea and 2-3 hours after 2 cups.
Senna tea can be used within 7 days if kept in the refrigerator or 2/3 days without refrigeration.
