Description

• Plain non-edible plastic, high quality and strong - 3lb pudding casing.
• Perfect for producing puddings, haggis, salamis & more great for home use, or for business or catering.
• Each piece is clipped and looped for hanging if required.
• Suitable for a temperature range from -40+110 and has a burst pressure of 20 kPA.
• Maintains product weight/shape due to minimum moisture loss while its high oxygen barrier extends the products shelf life.
• Fully immerse in warm water (<40 degrees C) for about 30 minutes before use and then fill.
• During cooking the casing is designed to shrink giving the final product a smooth, taut surface ensuring the highest quality product display and ease of handling and slicing.
• The lay flat is 110mm. Once filled the diameter is 70mm and length is 50cm.
• These casings are NOT suitable for smoking our fibrous casings should be used for this.
