Rinse 1 cup of sorghum grains. Soak in water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse again. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add sorghum grains, reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 45-60 minutes. Drain excess water and fluff with a fork before serving.
