• This is a pack of Serrano Reserva Lomo (cured pork loin) slices. It comes in two 55g portions, to keep the product fresh.
• Serve the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed.
• The pork loin is from Duroc breed pigs, famous for their marbled meat, with no artificial additives or colourants
• The loin is cured for around 2 months, giving an intense depth of flavour. The marbling in the meat means that less salt can be used in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow.
