Directions

Dip meat, fish, or veggies in beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Bake, grill, or fry at 180C (350F) for 15-20 minutes. For topping, sprinkle on pasta bakes and bake at 180C (350F) for 10-15 minutes. For thickening soups, mix in 2-3 tbsp per serving. For burgers or meatballs, mix in 1/4 cup per 450g (1 lb) of meat.
