Golden yellow olive oil with an aroma reminiscent of fresh fruit. Very intense fruity green olive, grass, leaf and tomato aromas as well as apple and green banana peel. In the mouth, it is slightly sweet and almond shaped, presenting a medium bitterness and a long and intense late spicy to chilli located mainly on the tongue.
