Olive oil that stands out for its medium intensity fruitiness, with a similarity of intensity in both green and ripe shades at its optimum point, reminding us of fruits such as tomatoes or almonds.
In the mouth it has a sweet entrance, with a delicate and light bitterness, accompanied at the end by a touch of spiciness, both in perfect balance, very harmonious and with a medium-low intensity.
This filtered olive oil from Bailn (Jan) is a monovarietal of the picual variety.
Its tasting notes are intense fruity, medium bitter and medium spicy.
