- The arbutus, in fact, blooms in a period when the weather conditions make the "work" of bees more difficult. In addition to being an excellent natural sweetener, Vargiu Beeke's arbutus honey has several beneficial functions, thanks to the active ingredients of the plant itself: it is a natural antiseptic, has an important antibacterial action and relieves intestinal inflammation.
