The yeast strain reaches a concentration of 16-17%. Fill 20 litres of 30-35 degrees of warm water in your fermentation container. Add 6-9 kg of honey and mix everything well. Add the contents of the bag. The currency should take place at a temperature of 20-20C during the period of 5-7 days. One pack is enough for 6-9kg of honey, a total of 25 litres of liquid
