Fiordifrutta peach spread, organic fiordifrutta peach is produced exclusively from biological peaches and sweetened with organic apple sugar. For a 250 g glass of fiordifrutta, 1.5 kg of fruit is processed and 1.8 kg of apples are pressed. FiordiFrutta fruit spreads are pure natural products with a particularly high fruit content from controlled organic farming. All the fruits that come into the glass at FiordiFrutta are European origin and are exclusively reaped. Sweetening is done exclusively with natural-pure apple sweetness. Therefore, the sugar content made exclusively from fruit sugar is about 30% lower than the other organic jam FiordiFrutta is produced according to traditional recipes by Rigoni di Asiago, the Italian market leader of organic honey and fruit spreads. Modern production systems at the same time allow a particularly gentle production of fruit spreads. The ingredients are processed using a low temperature process developed by Rigoni di Asiago: the fruits are not cooked, but only stirred cold at 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, so that all important nutrients are preserved as much as possible. This process guarantees a high level of taste, odour and colour - almost as in the fresh fruit. The pasteurisation of fruit spreads in the glass is carried out in the water bath to make the products durable.
