Fiordifrutta strawberry and forest strawberry spread, organic fiordifrutta strawberry and wild strawberry is produced exclusively from organic strawberries and wild strawberries and sweetened with organic apple sugar. For a 250 g glass of Fiordifrutta, 1.5 kg of fruits are processed and 1.8 kg of apples. FiordiFrutta fruit spreads are pure natural products with a particularly high fruit content from controlled organic agriculture. All fruits that come into glass at FiordiFrutta are European origin and only harvest fresh. Sweetening is made exclusively with natural, pure apple sweetness. Therefore, the sugar content made exclusively from fruit sugar is approximately 30% lower than the other organic jams. FiordiFrutta is manufactured according to traditional recipes by Rigoni di Asiago, the Italian market leader in organic honey and organic fruit spreads. Modern production facilities at the same time allow particularly gentle production of fruit spreads. The processing of the ingredients is carried out by a low temperature process developed by Rigoni di Asiago: the fruits are not cooked, but stirred only at 20 to 25 degrees Celsius, so that all important nutrients are largely preserved. This process guarantees the highest level of taste, odour and colour - almost like in fresh fruits. The pasteurisation of the fruit spreads filled in the glass takes place in the water bath to make the products durable.
