Directions

Remove the pad after use, wash it by hand with natural detergent, tumble dry low or line dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. To use, position the pad with the wings folded under the underwear for proper adhesion. Reuse until soiled, then wash and reuse again. For disposal, once the pad is no longer usable, it can be thrown in the trash or composted if the local waste management allows it.
