Ingredients: Chilies, spices, onion, garlic, vegetable oil. sugar and salt. Contains permitted preservatives (E211)
No trans fat, no artificial colouring Serves 4-6
Prepare 1kg of chicken/meat cut into pieces
120ml coconut milk
300ml water. Reduce water if using pressure cooker.
Heat up instant curry paste in wok. Add chicken or meat pieces.
Stir fry on medium heat. Pour water and bring to boil.
Add in coconut milk.
Serve when hot.
Best eaten with rice or roti
