Thick and syrupy Aceto Balsamico di Modena, produced in Modena, Italy using traditional methods and matured in wooden barrels. Protected Geographical Indication status. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Glass bottles, once used please recycle. Each bottle is 500ml. -

Wine Vinegar, concentrated grape must, caramel color E150D. Contains SULPHITES

Directions

Use in salad dressings, marinades, or pickling solutions. Mix with other ingredients in appropriate ratios. Handle with care due to the presence of sulphites.
