Apply a pea-sized amount to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth in circular motions, ensuring to reach all surfaces, including the back of the teeth and the tongue. Brush for at least 2 minutes, twice a day. Spit out after brushing and do not swallow. Supervise children under 6 years of age during brushing to ensure they do not swallow the toothpaste.
