Aftrad Village Kitchen's Shito is made with pure ingredients with a good fish to shrimp ratio, this ensures a great flavourful taste. Our sauce is homemade and done in small batches to ensure quality is maintained. No artificial preservatives are added, preservation is done through our cooking and bottling process.
