The Pickles Ahmed contain fresh fruit and vegetables that are macerar in salt, mustard oil and vinegar for fragrance that is not spoil.
Often used in dishes such as the khichuri, that takes rice with meat and vegetables, or as snacks.
Ingredients: Mango (36% fruit slices and lemon), 29% vegetables (carrots, green chile), 60 65%, Rapeseed Oil (17.5%), table salt, water, red chile, Agent acidificante (pH regulator), acetic acid (E-260), fenogreco, seeds of anise, fennel, turmeric, cumin seeds, onion seeds.
Attention: following the classical recipe, troceamos handles with bone. Possible to eat attention is needed to splinters of bone.
