- From organic farming Lunigiana PDO honey with acacia flower
- On acacia flowering, it is harvested from the second half of June to the first half of July in the area of Lunigiana
- Liquid, may have partial crystallization over time, in the presence of bush nectar. Dark amber, often with reddish hues. Marked, aromatic, pungent scent. Not too sweet taste, with almost always bitter aftertaste. Intense, tannic, very persistent aroma.
- It is a valid accompaniment to fresh cheeses such as ricotta, but it achieves perfection accompanied by aged cheeses such as Pecorino Toscano PDO or Parmigiano Reggian or DOP. In the kitchen it goes well with strong flavours, ideal for lacquering meat.
- Use overnight as a sweetener in coffee or milk - 400g glass pack
