Product Description

Pure porridge oats with diced apple and dusted with cinnamon spice. Our oats are batch tested for gluten using the ELISA method. Oats have a high soluble fibre content which can help stabilize blood sugar levels by slowing digestion and prolonging the absorption of carbohydrates. High fibre intake can also help lower blood cholesterol, aid digestion and assist bowel function. It contains certified organic ingredients.

Wholegrain oats* (89.5%), apples* (10%), cinnamon* (0.5%).

Directions

Pour 50g Amisa oats into a saucepan and add 350ml of milk or water (or a mixture of the two) and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring the contents of the pan to the boil and simmer for 4-5mins, stirring from time to time. For microwave: Mix the above mentioned ingredients in a microwavable bowl and microwave on High for 5 minutes, stirring half way through. Leave to stand for two minutes.
