Product Description

We fry in virgin olive oil and on very low heat, the onions, tomatoes and garlic. Season with paprika and a touch of saffron. We add to the stir-fry all the seafood and rock fish and follow the gentle cooking for more than 2 hours, gradually adding our Fish Broth. (*) Nutrition information per 100 ml

Simmer for 3 hours.
