- Single source honey, pure as it was in the hives, nothing added nothering taken away. All the good bits still in the honey.
- Flavour: Antonio's Thyme honey comes from his bees feeding on the thyme plants that go wild in the biosphere mountain reserve, where the hives are based. It is different from the tree sap honey which is often dark in appearance and strong in taste, this honey tends to be very mild, light and softer in taste.
- Produced by master beekeeper Antonio Simon, a 4th generation beekeeper, who has wilderness hives based in a UNESCO biosphere reserve in the Sierra De Guadarrama mountain range north of Madrid, Spain-- and in other remove locations. Antonio is a pioneer in organic beekeeping in Spain, who lectures on apiculture.
- Please be aware that raw honey naturally crystallises over time. You can return it to liquid by placing it in warm water (no more than 35 degrees).
