DESCRIPTION Product obtained by cooking apricot fruit with the addition of apple concentrate to obtain an appropriate pH level. Cured by pasteurization in hermetically sealed glass containers. 100 g of the product was made from 80 g of apricot fruit. No added sugars. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
