Directions

Use Artisan Malt Vinegar in salad dressings, marinades, or as a glaze for meats. For salad dressings, mix 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar. For marinades, combine 1/2 cup vinegar with other ingredients and let meat marinate for at least 30 minutes. Always handle vinegar with care, as it can cause skin irritation. Keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a cool, dry place.
