Sahi rajma as its name suggests is a royal delicacy originally enjoyed by mugal Emperors. A delicious dish of red bean curry stirred over low heat. Shahi rajma is cooked to preserve its rich flavour. Serve as a main dish with freshly cooked rice, naan bread, or chaptatis.
