Ingredients

Chilli, SOYBEAN Oil, Onion, Salt, Galangal, Garlic, Shallot, Sugar, Ginger, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Herbs & Spices

Directions

Mix 1-2 tbsp of curry powder with 1 cup of water or coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles. For a spicier curry, add more chili or adjust to taste.
