Asian Home Gourmet Spice Paste for Szechuan Classic Stir Fry in 50 gram sachet. A touch of chilli and sesame oil, together with the robust flavours of broad bean paste, creates a stir-fry that has become a classic in Szechuan restaurants around the world. Contains no added MSG, preservatives or artificial colours.

Ingredients

Fermented SOYBEAN (Water, SOYBEAN, WHEAT Flour, Salt, Sugar), Onions, SOYBEAN Oil, Hydrolysed Protein From SOY, Maize, WHEAT, Maltodextrin (Potato), Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, SESAME Oil (4%), SOY Sauce (Water, SOYBEAN, Salt, Sugar, WHEAT Flour), Tomato Paste, Salt, Chilli Oleoresin (0.1%), Colour (Caramel (150c), Paprika Oleoresin).

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok or pan. Add the spice paste and stir-fry until the aroma is released, then add the meat and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the vegetables or the tofu and continue stir-frying until everything is done. Hot serve with rice.
