Product Description

This hearty sauce has its origins in Russian Siberia where the respected Stroganov family settled in the nineteenth century. The sauce classically uses lightly floured cubes of beef, mustard, broth & soured cream.

Ingredients

Water,Mushrooms (13%) ,Onions (7%) ,Sour Cream Powder (contains Milk) ,Cornflour ,Brandy (contains Colour: Plain Caramel) ,Beef Stock (Beef Stock (Water, Beef Extract, Onion, Tomato, Carrot Extract, Herbs, Celeriac, Spice, Garlic), Salt, Glucose Syrup, Flavourings, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extracts, Rapeseed Oil, Colour: Plain Caramel, Sugar) ,Rapeseed Oil ,Concentrated Lemon Juice ,Sugar ,Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin ,Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt) ,Parsley (0.2%) ,Black Pepper ,Paprika

Directions

Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil and stir-fry 500g of sliced beef or chicken for 2-3 minutes. Also add finely sliced mushrooms if you desire. Stit in Atkins and Potts ready-made sauce and simmer until cooked. Either serve with its traditional partner of matchstick-thin cut chips or spoon onto a bed of rice or gluten free nodles. Sprinkle with a little extra paprika or parsley.
