Ideally suited for duck game and other rich meats. It is also perfect for glazing vegetables. Suitable for vegetarians and gluten-free.

Water, Madeira (13%) (Contains Sulphites), Onions, Comflour, Rapeseed Oil, Mushroom Stock (1.8%) Rehydrated Mushroom (Mushroom Concentrate, Water, Mushroom Powder), Salt, Comflour1, Wild Mushrooms (1.7%) (Oyster, Shitake, Porcini), Mushrooms (1.7%), Balsamic Vinegar [Contains Sulphites, (Red Grape Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must)], Garlic Puree, Sugar, Salt; Rosemary, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Black Pepper, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Double Cream (Contains Milk), Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin

Directions

Fry or roast meat and when cooked, remove and keep warm. Add the sauce to the pan with any remaining juices from the meat and bring to a simmer. Pour over the meat to serve. Or heat in a saucepan until simmering (3-4 minutes), or empty into a microwave-safe container and heat until piping hot (approx. 2-3 minutes).
