1. Preheat your oven to 220C (425F). 2. Pour the contents of the 120g pack into a mixing bowl. 3. Add 200ml (1 cup) of cold water to the bowl. 4. Stir the mixture until it forms a smooth batter. 5. Pour the batter into a greased ovenproof dish. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown. 7. Serve immediately with your favorite roast dinner.
