Our Banana Leaves are grown on our farms in Thailand and then picked, washed and prepared carefully to bring you the perfect looking Banana Leaf. Banana leaves are used widely in Thai and Asian cooking from adding flavour to foods cooked inside them, and steaming of food, to simply being used as a traditional serving plate or decoration. Banana leaves can be used for baking anything that you want to wrap or cover in the same way you would use tin foil. However, note that banana leaves are slightly porous unlike tin foil, so some sauce may seep out. Our banana leaves are picked to your order and shipped fresh to you, to bring you the very best quality & shelf life.
