allow countless combination possibilities with the short pasta in butterfly format everyone gets to taste. Recipe idea: Farfalle with artichokes and olives with mint flavour.
For 4 people: 350 g Barilla Farfall. 20 g green olive oil. 1 glass of white wine. 8 Artichokes 30 g tomatoes. 1 garlic clove. Mint as desired. Preparation: Artichokes for 3 minutes. Boil in water. Add a shot of olive oil, chopped garlic, tomatoes, olives and wine to the pan. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes. Boil Fartrap in water until they are al dente. Pour sauce over with the artichokes.
