Product Description

Mulino Bianco Baiocchi Biscuits are an Italian classic biscuit. Two buttery shortbread biscuits are sandwiched around a delicious hazelnut cocoa fillingmaking it an ideal companion to your tea or coffee. What's more, we use sustainable flour, no artifical flavours or preservatives and no palm oil.

Baiocchi biscuits are great any time of day, from a cheeky sweet treat with breakfast to a quick afternoon pick-me-up with your tea or coffee. Why not crumble them into yoghurt or ice cream or crush them up to make a fantastic cheesecake base? Or just eat them on their own!

We have been working on perfecting our Baiocchi recipe since 1983. We make every effort to bake great products with the best ingredients for everyone to enjoy. We have reduced the fat and increased the fibre in our biscuits to keep them nutritionally balanced and to still give you the satisfaction of a delicious biscuit. Sustainability has become a topic very close to our heart, and in recent years we have made great strives to do our bit for the planet. We became 100% CO2 compensated by fully offsetting our remaining emissions, and our electricity comes entirely from renewable sources. All of this makes for delectable biscuits.

Ingredients

Biscuit: WHEAT flour 51.6%, sugar, sunflower oil, EGGS, skimmed MILK powder, pasteurized whole MILK, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt, WHEAT starch, flavouring. HAZELNUT and cocoa cream 28%: sugar, vegetable fat and oil (shea, sunflower), HAZELNUT 7.1%, *, cocoa 2.6%, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT starch, flavouring.
