Pair this fusilli with our delicious Barilla pasta sauces for a huge range of meal time ideas. Our fusilli pasta can be ideal both hot and cold. Try experimenting with new flavours like pesto and cherry tomato for a cold summer side dish or tomato based sauces for delicious hot meals. Perfectly al dente, our fusilli cooks in 11 minutes. Simply boil 1 litre of water per 0.1kg of pasta, add salt, drop the pasta into the boiling water and stir occasionally. After the recommended cooking time drain the water. Pour the pasta back into the pan, add a little olive oil and mix in your preferred sauce. Delicious! Get the best from your pasta by cooking the Italian way 1 Bring a pan of water to the boil (1 litre of water for every 100g of pasta). Add salt to taste. 2 Add pasta to boiling water. 3 For authentic "al dente" pasta, boil for 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil for an additional minute. 4 Drain well and serve immediately with your sauce.
