Ingredients

water, hot peppers (Scotch Bonnet), mustard powder, salt, modified corn starch, acetic acid (vinegar), onion, garlic, xanthan gum, and FD&C Yellow #5 (E102), with preservatives like EDTA (E385) and Sodium Benzoate (E211);

Directions

Mix Scotch Bonnet peppers with seed mustard and other listed ingredients to prepare the sauce. Use liberally on hot dogs, hamburgers, barbecue, fish, meat, rice, and everything else for a true Caribbean flavor.
