Water, Glucose Syrup, Vegetables (3.5%) (Carrot, Onion, Peas), Maize Starch, Potato Starch, Cooked Chicken (1%), Palm Oil, Croutons (0.5%) (WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Palm Oil, Salt, Yeast, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extracts)), Salt, Parsley, Flavourings, Potassium Chloride, Garlic, MILK Proteins, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Emulsifiers (Citric Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Ground Turmeric, Black Pepper Extract : Allergens are shown in CAPITALS

Directions

Add 250ml of boiling water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or heat in a saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Let it stand for 1 minute before eating.
