Steamed parboiled long grain rice (86%), scrambled EGG (7.1%) (free-range egg, whole MILK, water, rapeseed oil, cornflour, lemon juice concentrate, salt, spice), onion, toasted SESAME oil, onion powder, sunflower oil, salt, yeast extract, garlic powder, spices, dried garlic, herb (chives).

Preparation: In need of a little inspiration? Why not try our Egg Fried rice with chicken and Uncle Ben's Sweet & Sour sauce - for a tasty meal in no time. || Cooking Instructions Microwave - From Ambient - Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice. Tear open the top corner slightly. Heat for 2 mins in a 700W microwave or 90 sec in a 900W. Stir rice through for a perfect finish. Hob - From Ambient - Squeeze the pouch to separate the rice. Boil 30ml (about 2 tbsp) water. Add the rice, cover and simmer for 3 mins. Stir rice through for a perfect finish.
