Product description

Hot and dry strips of biltong. Also known as stokkies. We use the finest Irish beef, cut into thin strips and marinaded in our biltong spice with ground Peri-Peri made from hot African Birdseye chilli. These are spicy and not for the faint-hearted.

Ingredients

beef, seasoning [salt, maize, natural colourants, flavourings, sugar, flavour enhancer (MSG), vegetable fat, spice extracts (celery) citric acid, antioxidant, potassium sorbate], ground chilli, vinegar (barley malt extract)

Directions

Eat directly as a snack or add to your favorite dish. Keep refrigerated after opening.
