Product description

The best tasting Booch demands the best start! This is a beautiful organic "big baby" SCOBY and Starter Fluid for you to brew your own Kombucha at home. This starter will make 3L of Kombucha. This is a SCOBY on it's own from Blighty Baby. You can also accompany it with a 75g bag of Blighty Brew Organic Loose Leaf Tea. Choose from our range of Green, Oolong and Black Teas. Each tea will create a different and unique Kombucha flavour experience. Instructions: Boil 3 litre water Mix in 180g sugar Steep 27g tea for 10 min Cool to room temp Transfer sweet tea to glass jar & add contents of package Cover with breathable cloth hat 1st Ferment 5-9 days at 28C Reserve 600ml liquid & SCOBY for next brew Bottle remaining booch Flavour if desired 2nd Ferment 3-7 days for fizz Refrigerate to stop fermentation Enjoy cold Start again! Experiment And Find Your Perfect Brew.

Directions

1) Boil 5L Of Chlorine Free Water In A Saucepan. 2) Stir In 300g Sugar, Mixing Well. 3) Add 45g Of Black Tea - Steep 10 Minutes. 4) Remove Tea & Allow To Cool To Room Temperature. 5) Put Sweet Tea In A 5L Glass Jar. Add Contents Of This Package (Kombucha Scoby & Starter Tea). 6) Cover Tightly With A Cloth. Leave Somewhere Snuggly & Dark For 5 Days. Lullabies Optional. 7) Remove Scoby & 500ml Of Liquid For Next Brew. 8) Bottle Remaining Liquid In A Clean Airtight Bottle. Leave For 3-7 Days At Room Temp Until Fizzy. 9) Enjoy Cold. 10) Start Again! Experiment And Find Your Perfect Brew.
