Ingredients

Berry SlimFit Tea: yerba mate, elderberry, green tea (sencha), ginger, doji berries, orange peels, cinnamon, raspberry, dandelion root, hibiscus flower red, natural flavouring, bilberry, stevia./ Berry Detox Tea: rooibos, yerba-mate, green tea, lemongrass, aronia, cranberry, rosehip, hibiscus flower white, rowan berry, natural flavouring, blackcurrant, pu-erh, guarana, stevia.

Directions

Pour 400-500 ml of hot, but not boiling, water over 7 grams of the tea (1 level tablespoon) and let it steep for 7 minutes. Drink half of the tea (250 ml) 30 minutes before breakfast and the other half 30 minutes before lunch. Our tea can be consumed by people 18 years and older.
