Directions

Rinse and drain before use. Cook by boiling or simmering for 45-60 minutes, or pressure cooking for 10-15 minutes. Soaking overnight can reduce cooking time. Store unopened cans in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate opened cans and use within a few days.
