Best yet, although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies. Simply combine with Biona pasta sauce or pesto for a nutritious organic meal.

Directions

Cook 500g of noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and serve.
