Ingredients

L-Arginine hydrochloride 91%,bulking agent (polydextrose). Made in a plant thatmanufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, peanuts, nuts, celery, fish, crustacean, molluscs and sulphur dioxide containing foods.

Directions

Take 1 dose of 2 grams (1/2 measure = 1/2 tablespoon) to dilute in 400 ml of water or another drink, 30 minutes before training and one before bedtime. Take up to 2 doses per day or 4 grams.
