Bizzibeans Gluten Free Luxury Brandy-Soaked Xmas Fruitcake
Our luxury gluten free Christmas cake is made in the Bizzibeans Bakery in our garden in Suffolk. Crafted in small batches, the fruit is infused with brandy and left to soak overnight, then boiled with sugar until the fruit is plump and takes in the flavour of the Brandy, sugars and mixed spices.
