Blackthorn is a very particular wild fruit (prunus spinosa) with great diuretic, purifying and laxative properties. The pink apple is the symbol of our blue mountains, the Sibillini mountains of the Marche. A small apple and a beautiful pink hued color but very acidic and crunchy fresh so perfect to be consumed cooked on the grill or in delicious jams. A great marriage of wild flavors and the identity of an entire territory in a jar.
