Our Blossom Wildflower English raw honey is cold extracted and filtered to preserve premium properties, texture, and flavours. Crystallisation is a natural occurring process that does not alter the quality of the honey. Texture may vary. Bee District Ltd is a small family business founded by two lovers of the Peak District wilderness. We adopt sustainable and respectful beekeeping practices to help bees thriving. Delicately sweet with an intense floral and woody aroma, this honey is easy to eat giving us a full floral flavour but also leaving the palate quite clean and bright. There isn't any cloying sweetness or overly rich flavour that makes it too much.
