Product Description

Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Muesli is specially designed for those sensitive to wheat and gluten. This versatile, nutritious cereal makes a great hot or cold breakfast and delicious addition to baked goods like bread and cookies. A tasty blend of lightly toasted whole grains, brown rice crisps, raisins, dried apples and cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes. Its unprocessed and has less sugar than granola. The end result is a highly nutritious cereal centred on whole grains thats addictively tasty to boot.

Ingredients

Whole grain OATS, raisins (raisins, sunflower oil), ALMONDS, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries (cranberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), brown rice crisps, (rice flour, rice bran, honey), dried apples, coconut and pumpkin seeds.

Directions

Have it Hot: Stovetop: For hot cereal, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add 1.2 cup muesli, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Makes 2 delicious servings. Microwave: Put 1/4 cup muesli and 1/2 cup water or milk in a large bowl. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stopping to stir once during cooking. Makes 1 marvelous serving. Make it Cold: For cold cereal, add 1/4 cup muesli to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Makes 1 terrific serving. Try it Swiss Style: To make 1 serving of Swiss-style cereal, combine 1/4 cup muesli, 1/2 cup yogurt and 1 cored and grated apple (including the peel). Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
