Check out our Vegan Chocolate & Walnut Brownie mix! We combine chopped walnuts and a rich Belgian dark chocolate combine to create a yummy moist really simple to bake at home vegan brownie. Each one of our mixes is handmade in Yorkshire and comes in a reusable glass bottle! Re use it as many times as you can and once you're finished with it, pop it in to the recycling. 750ml glass bottle with 605g of premium home baking contents. This Bottled Baking Co brownie making kit makes approximately 16 slices. Full Method and Baking Instructions are included on the bottle tag. Requires: 200ml vegetable oil, 100ml water. Each bottle includes an easy to follow method and all of the recipes are super simple and fun to make, using only the best quality ingredients. We hope you love the cakes, cookies, brownies and all we have to offer as much as we love creating (and eating) them!

Ingredients

Sugar, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin,Thiamin), Cocoa Powder (Cocoa Beans, Acidity Regulator: Potassium Carbonate), Belgian Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring) Walnuts, Raising Agents: Diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates; Rice Flour. Dark chocolate contains 43% minimum Cocoa Solids.

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan). 2. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin. 3. Add 200ml vegetable oil and 100ml water to the brownie mix. 4. Stir until well combined. 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Allow to cool before slicing. Serve warm with a vegan ice cream.
